  RESIDENTIAL
• Supervisor for assigned group homes responsible for scheduling, supporting, and evaluating staff. Ensures Person-Centered and Nursing Care Plans are implemented and documented for residents; ensures cleanliness for home & routine maintenance of vehicles. This position is full-time with flexible hours required, including some weekends.

• Direct Support Professional providing person-centered care to people with developmental disabilities in the home and community. Responsible for medication administration (training provided) and assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and leisure activities, meal preparation and health care. Full and part time positions available; Flexible hours including weekends.

PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICES
• Direct Support Professional providing person-centered care to people with developmental disabilities in their own home and in the community. The individual may have a pet in their home and may have family outside of the Easton area that they ask to visit. DSP may be responsible for medication administration (training provided) and assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and leisure activities, meal preparation and health care. All supports are decided by the Team and the individual so they are individualized based in need and interest. Full and part time positions available; Flexible hours including weekends.

VOCATIONAL
• Supervisor for up to 10 consumers in work setting to complete contracts. Day time hours 7:30-3:30. May include personal care, assisting consumers with lunch and meeting health care needs.

• Supervisor for up to 10 consumers in a non-work setting to address health needs, recreation and personal care. Assistance may be needed at lunchtimes, in the bathroom, and during medical appointments.

• Certified Nursing Assistants needed to work with consumers with complex medical needs (diabetes, swallowing difficulties and mobility challenges.)

• Drivers to operate 15 passenger vans in the morning and afternoon to pick up consumers and take home from vocational program.

PRE-REQUISITE INFO FOR APPLICANTS

Applications are accepted Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm.

1. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is required by our insurance company to drive our vehicles.

2. Go to the MVA and request a non certified copy of your driving record for the last three years. If you have more than 2 points on your driving record we cannot proceed with the application process at this time.

3. You must also bring in proof that you are a high school graduate or have taken and passed your GED.

4. You must take and pass a simple math and reading test. We give you an hour to take the test so plan on spending an hour and a half to two hours with us when you come in.

5. Please bring proof of any training that you have had. (First aid, CPR, CMT, CNA, etc.)
